Irmgard Radefeldt de Villegas. Biography.

Irmgard Radefeldt de Villegas born in Linare, Chile on August 4, 1953 is of german, dominican and spainish descendent.  She is the “queen”, the wife of Mr. Efrain Villegas Quintero.  She is a writer and international lecturer and seminiar organizer, traveling throughout Europe, latin america and the caribbean since 1977.

She has dedicated herself to the investigation of the personality.  She has recorded more than 50 lectures speaking on the topics of how to discover oneself, how to improve one’s self-esteem, overcoming fears and traumas, stress management, relaxation and the unsconscious.

She is the International Coordinator of FIADASEC: the Federation of Associations of Social Aid, Ecology and Culture with it’s headquaters in the Dominican Republic and with affliates in 19 countires.

She is the founder of the happy child project. A not for profit institution in Bolivia that brings food, schooling and health care through sponsorship to 2500 needy children on a daily basis.  The program also helps the families of these children by providing orientation and apprenticeship programs.

She is an executive member of ADASEC - Associaton of Social, Ecological and Cultural aid and advisor to CENIFE –  the happy child in the Dominican Republic coordinating the international projects and sponsorship for the children of the Dominican Republic.
